The Kaylene Palaniuk Memorial Scholarship is dedicated to the former Lakeside High School student Kaylene Palaniuk. Kaylene was a very active and caring person in her family and at Lakeside High School. The successful applicants will demonstrate characteristics shown by Kaylene:

• Service to School and Community
• Care for Others
Award:
The Kaylene Palaniuk Memorial Scholarship is a one-time scholarship of $1000 for a graduating senior of Lakeside High School.
Eligibility:
The Kaylene Palaniuk Memorial Scholarship is open to all seniors graduation from Lakeside High School. Students do not necessarily need a high accumulative grade point average to apply for this scholarship.

• The completed application form
• Official copy of your high school transcript in a sealed envelope.
• Three letters of recommendation from adults attesting to your dedication to family, service to school and community, and care for others.
Finalist may be interviewed by the selection committee after reviewing the applications.
