The Sheriff's department will be at Lakeside C.O.P. Shop on August 17th, 2:00 pm -7:00 pm to issue concealed pistol permits.
If you are going on vacation and would like to have a deputy check your property, you must complete the checklist compiled by the Stevens County Dispatcher's office. This list can be picked up at the C.O.P. Shop which is open Monday through Friday from 1-4:30 pm.
The Sheriff needs the homeowners permission to enter your property if anything happens.
Unfortunately, there are people who prey on vulnerable adults. If you are experiencing abuse or know of someone who is being abused, stop by the C.O.P. Shop and pick up a copy of The Petition for Vulnerable Adult Order For Protection. There is a list of instructions to guide you through the process. If you decide to complete the paperwork at home, mail it to the address below.

If you decide to complete the paperwork at the C.O.P. Shop, someone will guide you through the process and forward it to Family Support Center. All information is confidential.
As a reminder, S.C.C.A.T. will be meeting at Lakeside High School in the library September 6th at 7pm. Everyone is invited to attend the meetings.
S.C.C.A.T. volunteers, wearing their red jackets, will be at Lake Spokane Elementary School on the first day of school. We hope to keep the traffic moving smoothly.
